I have to admit the thought of only about 1000 calories a day seemed crazy to me, but I'm sick of being fat . I've tried many other diets Weight Watchers Jenny Craig you name it. I saw the cookie diet and figured why not. The cost is really not bad when you consider that the cookies replace most of your other food. You eat six cookies a day plus a sensible dinner. It took me a few days to get used to the plan, the cookies actually taste good though. I have been on the cookie diet for eight weeks now and have lost about 30 pounds it's a number I am happy with, now just another 80 to go. I figure the diet may not be a long term solution, but once I get to my goal I hope to adjust to a good eating plan.
